Return & Refund Policy

OPEX DEALS is operated by OPEX MANCHESTER LIMITED.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights, including your legal 14-day cancellation right for most online purchases under UK consumer law.

1. 30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused and returned in the condition received, with original packaging where applicable. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact sales@opexdeals.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please wait for return instructions before sending goods back. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.

3. Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.

Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable UK consumer law.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

The 30-day change-of-mind policy does not apply to:

• Customised or personalised products;

• Perishable goods;

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases; or

• Gift cards.

These exclusions do not affect any statutory rights that apply to faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.

6. Sale Items

Sale and promotional items may be returned under this policy on the same basis as full-price items.

Sale items retain all statutory consumer protections. Nothing in this policy removes your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges as standard.

The quickest option is to return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order for the replacement item. A refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.

8. Statutory Cancellation Rights

For most online purchases, UK customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

This statutory right may not apply to certain goods, including sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

9. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

For an approved change-of-mind return under the 30-day policy, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

For a statutory cancellation, we will refund the price of the goods and the cost of the cheapest available standard delivery option. Any additional express-delivery charge is not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

10. Subscription Orders

You may cancel future subscription deliveries by following the cancellation instructions provided by the subscription service or by contacting sales@opexdeals.co.uk.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched. Your statutory cancellation rights continue to apply.
