Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@opexdeals.co.uk. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including opened or used personal care and beauty products.

Sale Items
Sale items may only be returned if defective or where required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this cancellation right, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
