OPEX DEALS is the trading name of OPEX MANCHESTER LIMITED. We provide delivery within the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
UK Delivery Options
The following delivery options are available at checkout:

Standard delivery: £3.49, estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express 48: free on orders over £20, estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Express 24: free on orders over £25, estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
For orders that do not qualify for free express delivery, the available options and applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, operational disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may contact the customer to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@opexdeals.co.uk. We will investigate and assist in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection law.
