Straight after a bath or shower, while your skin is still slightly damp. The balm holds that moisture in and absorbs more easily.
Is it greasy?
It is a rich balm, but a small amount goes a long way. Warm it between your palms first and massage it in — it settles into the skin rather than sitting on top.
Can I use it on very dry spots?
Yes. Elbows, knees, heels and hands take a slightly thicker layer. The 350ml tub is large enough to use generously every day.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard UK delivery is £3.49 and arrives within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express 48 is free on orders over £20, and Express 24 is free on orders over £25. Below £20, Standard delivery is the available option. All delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.
Can I return it?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in addition to your statutory 14-day cancellation right. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.
